Progress reports are a daily or weekly task for job site managers. UAS provide efficient, repeatable, and overlay-capable progress reports for any jobsite.

Progress reporting assists general contractors in many ways ranging from the accounting department to site managers, architects, estimators, and stakeholder updates.

These “Work in Progress” (WIP) reports are essential for risk management and risk identification on any jobsites, in addition to providing increased transparency, opportunity identification, and ensuring compliance with contract.

The above dataset can be viewed as a progress report spanning 18 months. Click here to view the dataset (this takes you away from our site).

Progress reports may be fully automated (recommended) and our team will fly a jobsite based on client-requested frequency. Once a week or once every two weeks is most common, although some clients request monthly flights. Our team will provide LiDAR, Photogrammetry, or handheld SLAM scans of the jobsite delivered in Rich PDF or online formats so clients do not need to worry about owning expensive pointcloud visualization software.

Progress reports include cloud services for onion-skinned comparisons of day-to-day, week-to-week, or month-to-month changes on the jobsite.

The LiDAR PROs offer several brands of hardware in addition to our software and training partners.
